About Joe Long
As a lifelong Arizona resident Joe grew up with a passion for the outdoors, be it hunting, fishing, camping or trail rides in his CanAm. As a teen Joe played baseball and competed across the country in skateboard competitions!
After 18 years serving in law enforcement and working side by side with project leaders to facilitate projects, many which required his welding and fabrication talents, Joe decided it was time for a better work/ life balance and joined Urman’s in 2022 working alongside Jerry to facilitate the prestigious home and facilities management Urman’s is know for!
