About Karen Urman

With an international BA degree in International Business & Hospitality Management, Karen had a very accomplished career in the hospitality industry and as a Special Events Director for many companies, one of them being The Ritz-Carlton. She spent 4 years opening The-Ritz Carlton abroad, as the Assistant Director of F&B (Food and Beverage) and Catering and Conference Services. Her career has focused on delivering expertise in customer service, project management and luxury brand promotion.
