Eitan grew up in a family of real estate developers. His extensive development expands all over the U.S. For over 40 years, Eitan has specialized in the planning, development, supervision, leasing, and sales of real estate. Today, more than ever, Eitan’s broad global experience is his best asset to his clients. Eitan also volunteered as search & rescue for over 18 years and advocates for small businesses, as well as, his local community.
With a BA degree in International Business & Hospitality Management, Karen had a very accomplished career in the hospitality industry and as a Special Events Director for many companies, one of which being The Ritz-Carlton. She spent 4 years opening The-Ritz Carlton abroad, as the Assistant Director of F&B (Food and Beverage) and Catering and Conference Services. Her career has focused on delivering expertise in customer service, project management and luxury brand promotion. “My broad-based background in roles of increased accountability has allowed me to develop a strong specialized skill set that, I am thrilled to bring to my family business and implement it for all of our clients.”
Heather is an Arizona native and has been a Realtor since 2004. She’s honest, direct, and knowledgeable about the real estate market here in the Valley. Heather is a client-focused problem solver with the mission to make the impossible, possible! She is a detail-oriented person who will work very hard to make a transaction an enjoyable experience. In her free time, Heather, a dog mom of four, enjoys baking and enjoying the great outdoors.
As a lifelong Arizona resident Joe grew up with a passion for the outdoors, be it hunting, fishing, camping or trail rides in his CanAm. As a teen Joe played baseball and competed across the country in skateboard competitions! After 18 years serving in law enforcement and working side by side with industry leaders to facilitate projects, many which required his welding and fabrication talents, Joe decided it was time for a better work/ life balance and joined Urman in 2022. Working alongside Jerry to facilitate amazing service for the prestigious homes and facilities management Urman is known for!
Ashley, who is originally from Massachusetts, moved to Arizona in 2021. After earning a BS in Psychology from Northeastern University and a Master’s in Social Work from Boston University she decided to make the switch to real estate. She understands from her time as a social worker how to meet people where they are to accomplish their goals and is excited to work with the clients of Urman as both an agent and the office manager!
Originally from Pennsylvania, Donna moved to Arizona more than 30 years ago and raised her two children in the Valley of the Sun. Donna is an adventurer and loves kayaking, “glamping”, trail rides in her Segway, always up for a challenge from her grandkids to take on the biggest water slides and has an amazing gift for crocheting! After earning her Masters in Accounting, Donna joined Urman’s nearly 14 years ago and has a vital role in the behind the scenes operations by ensuring that all owner reports, financing, and bills are paid and managed. This keeps Urman on the forefront of property management and our owners happy.
BJ moved from Northern California to the Valley in 2018 with his wife and two kids. With over 20 years of experience running his own successful handyman business, he brings strong skills, reliability, and hands-on expertise to the Urman team. Known for his work ethic and problem‑solving abilities, BJ takes pride in delivering quality workmanship and dependable service.
Outside of work, he enjoys family time, baseball games, and golf. He also spent years coaching his children in softball and baseball, reflecting his dedication to teamwork and community. BJ looks forward to supporting Urman clients with their handyman and maintenance needs.
